
Follow these steps to ensure the problem you’re having is definitely with your inverter.
Step one. Check the generation meter.
Is it flashing still? During daylight hours, this should be flashing; however, on dull days, it might not be flashing very often. However, it should always flash.
Step two. Check at your inverter.
Check your inverter there may be a warning light or a message displaying on the inverter, you should check this against the inverter manual which can usually found be online or given to you by your original installer. If you’re confident a warning light is on, then call us for some advice.

Step three. Inverter still working?
Then the fault could be with your Generation meter if you have no warning lights or errors showing at the inverter and your generation meter isn’t clocking up then the failure will be either with cabling to the generation meter or the generation meter itself. not sure if this is at fault then call us
Step four. Is your inverter connected to wifi?
If you have a PV monitoring platform, have you changed internet provider recently ? or even had a new supply meter fitted? Often this is the case and can easily cause your inverter to look like it’s not working check CT clamp. Not sure what a CT clamp is?
